We’ve spent our first day at Free the Bears animal sanctuary. We’ve learned about the charity; the bear’s eating habits and threats by human influence; we’ve seen lions, tigers, cloud leopards, elephants and otters. We’ve also prepared their food and scatter fed them!

Day 2 at #freethebears. This morning we poo picked and cleaned the enclosures then did a scatter feed. We also provided enrichment activities. After an amazing lunch we prepared food for the evening feed and breakfast tomorrow @StNicks6Form @OutlookExpeds

Today at #freethebears we cleaned the bears enclosures and scatter fed the bears with freshly cut fruit and enrichment. We also learned how to set up cameras to spot animals in the wild. Finally, we painted the enclosures safety lines. @StNicks6Form @OutlookExpeds

Anothe great day exploring the temples. We got to see the magnificent Angkor Wat and several of the surrounding temples. It was a truly remarkable experience.

First day of the trek through Po Luong today. It’s been such a change to be out of the city and into the valleys. We’ve ploughed a paddy, planted rice, walked through jungle and villages and have arrived in an amazing home stay!

Our final final day in Vietnam today before flying to Cambodia. We left the home stay in the mountains this morning for a short (ish) trek to paddy fields to see traditional bamboo water wheels. Back to Hanoi now
