The late Maj. Ian Fishback will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery at 11am on Aug 8, which is next Tuesday morning. The ceremony is open to the public, & his family welcomes friends & well-wishers. But there are access procedures & protocol to observe. Details below.
