3:13:51 Finally a marathoner 🤙🏼. Not my goal time but happy with the result . Goal was to run the first half in 1:32 then try to grind out a 1:28 back half to go sub-3 but ATL hills and not enough work done in training. Was fairly strong through 18miles then my hips tightened up

Housing market is fucked because you have to spend half a mil on a cookie cutter dr seuss house anywhere you look. All new houses look the same and its sad with the same shitty looking vinyl floors, cheap cabinets, doors, hardware etc. For $500k and less than 2000sqft at least.

I haven’t taken creatine in years and I’m at my overall strongest in the gym while maintaining 30-40 miles a week running.
I ran out of creatine in May and have been to lazy to order more . Do you know what I’ve noticed?. Absolutely nothing.
