Checking out bluesky. Not bad, but it isn't ready for prime time yet. Handle is @christitus.com .Email verification looks broken, but the feed itself isn't bad and the AT protocol is interesting, and I like it better than the ActivityPub of mastodon. We will see what 2024.

Just to clarify:.IF you remove the RECALL Feature it breaks FILE EXPLORER in 24H2 released this week. Recall is also ENABLED BY DEFAULT! You can disable it in settings, but you CAN NOT Remove it without it breaking File Explorer.

Recall Update:.Recall feature is being deployed to every 24h2 update on every system. I still can't tell what it is doing, but it is tied into File Explorer and baked in. Why is this feature that "can't" be used on x86 systems being enabled and installed?

I don't know why but I keep seeing folks say they use CCleaner. They literally ship bloat and shipped malware a couple years ago. Just use Bleachbit. It's free and open source while working on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

Here is the thing. You can always use a DISM and manually install windows via CMD. Most of Microsoft engineers are talented and good people, but these decisions are made by marketers. The engineers always will leave a backdoor or another way.

Based on Recall being baked into the New File Explorer. We are looking at a replacement via Microwin. At this time, I see enough evidence that File Explorer will need to be swapped and the entire Recall feature be purged. I don't know how feasible this is, but I will try.

Depends on your configuration. I'm a 1080p60 user with Nvidia. X11 does indeed "just work". Wayland on the other hand. can be buggy to say the least on my config. So *YOU* need to stop lying to everyone that Wayland is always better. It isn't in every use case.
"I don't get why we should switch away from x11, it just works". you either havent used x11, are lying, or your iq is below room temperature . I've even seen totally new Linux users complain about horrible issues that were just X11 moments.
