Caught the 4K restoration of #WongKarWai’s In the Mood for Love #花樣年華 at Toronto’s Fox Theatre (est. 1914)! Recently, I also wrote two encyclopedia entries on #LiuYichang’s #劉以鬯 fiction, The Drunkard and “Intersection,” which inspired this film’s haunting beauty.
