We understand that the Prince of Wales, fully supports his father’s actions against William’s Uncle Andrew. The King’s decisions have the support of the wider Royal Family, sources say.

So what’s the difference with 2 weeks ago? Then Andrew had agreed not to use the title. Now he is being removed from The Peerage Roll to ensure the title cannot be used officially.

This is the King having enough of his brother. Palace sources say there have been serious lapses of judgement by Andrew - whilst he continues to deny the allegations against him.

So what has Andrew lost? The severe stripping applies to Andrew’s titles of Prince Duke of York Earl of Inverness Baron Killyleagh and the style ‘His Royal Highness’. The honours removed are Order of the Garter Knight Grand Cross of the Victorian Order.
