This 59-year-old pt with intermediate-risk PCa had an asymptomatic chronically obstructed upper moiety of his right kidney, the ureter of which ended in the midline post. to his bladder neck. After RS-RARP both were anastomosed to the urethral stump. Op time=151 min & EBL=200 ml.

I did my 4,000th database (mainly training cases and those outside my base hospitals were excluded) minimal access RP today in 85 minutes, compared to the 10 hours of my first case on 06 March 2000. Thank you to my patients for their trust and to my colleagues for their support.
