Early 15 mile run, cafe in town for a full English, walk that off with a 3 mile walk and the Staffs oatcake boat is back at the boat lift, when en route, be rude not to, local footy match a beer and we won 3-1, off to the newly reopened pub for beer and great, what a Saturday ๐

Busy old day, 21 mile run this morning, with a bit of escaped sheep rounding up, then a couple of coats of paint on the living room ceiling this afternoon, moving all the furniture around was hard work.
