A juvenile, green sea turtle found stranded on Cape Cod in November is back in the Atlantic Ocean in the waters off of Rhode Island, following nearly a year of rehabilitation, Mystic Aquarium said Thursday.

The Providence police union slammed an oversight panel’s report that found officers violated both city ordinance & police policy by helping ICE arrest a Honduran national. “It is simply ‘trash,'" the union said of the report.
