Owen and Lindsy have been amazing to work with over the past few years. So pleased to see them achieving their goals!.

Not many married couples can say they are both world champions! ❤️🥇. Lindsy and Owen James became world duathlon champions earlier this year and they will both represent the GB 🇬🇧 Age-Group Team again this weekend in Bilbao 🇪🇸. Read their story 📰

Enjoying the @protriorg Collins Cup coverage, feels like big steps in the right direction. Would love to see splits and position of each match up always on the side of the screen #collinscup.

Inspirational stuff, especially the combination of work and own performance. Still remember him flying around triathlon courses with I’m sure applying the same principles.

Thought #sub7sub8 #Triathlon was class! Completely different to individual racing but optimising everything with the team is a really entertaining spectacle. Seems like with more favourable swim conditions and cooler temperatures there could be plenty more time to come. .

Efficient = fast. Big believer in the mental challenge outweighing the physical challenge for multi sport athletes in the pool. on a moving scale dependent on the athlete, but always applicable.

Sometimes we take for granted to foundations for things. I love playing around with floating. Body awareness/movement and body line are key in a sport like swimming. Who can challenge their floating skills?

2) With more race opportunities coming up, season mapping may become more impactful by specifying different periods based off different physiological and technical race demands or where they could potentially match up.

1) Incredible strength in depth for championship events from GB females this year. 3 in top 15 Tokyo, 4 top 10 IM703 Worlds. Plus some good examples of versatility with successful performances over a range of distances.

Great write up! It’s not been an easy period for starting a pro career for @Will_Munday but very pleased there’s now the opportunities there to get this level of experience. He set this goal in 2017 and has worked incredibly hard to see it come to fruition. Enjoy it!.

Wow, that lived up to expectation! Class to see the young Brits mixing it up there and really showed up the demands of long course racing. Hanson ran 3.11/km avg to run through if the course is accurate #ChallengeDaytona #PTO2020championship.

Well impressed with @TrainingPeaks conference, free as well! Varied and knowledgable speakers on relevant topics which often encourage not taking their software in isolation. Have seen Jones (CP), Seiler (load) and Elliot-Sale (Red-S) so far.
