How is the access to wealth in those regions?
Unpopular Op: People from the East (Teso region, Karamoja and Sabin regions), North and Westnile (Lango, Acoli, Lugbara etc), please send young ones to study. It is painful teaching a class with 80% students from the west and a few from central. Please educate yourselves.
