Ohhhh God. I just found the recipe of Majjige Huli (okra curry) from my Manipal journal last month. In the notes I had mentioned about seeing White Okra in 1992. ❤️❤️❤️ @VisitUdupi @chefhari
"White Velvet Okhra" - is a heirloom variety grown in Udupi, that produces light green, almost white pods. Pods remain tender upto 1 feet and have minimal ribs or spines. ✅ Excellent texture and flavour.
