We were treated to an amazing Beetroot Tasting Table yesterday, put on by our lovely @HolroydHowe @AtColston catering team. On the menu we had some Local Beetroot Hummus, Zingy Beetroot Slaw, Sourdough Flat Bread & Refreshing Apple & Beetroot Juice - delicious!

Brilliant idea; brilliantly executed. 40 @WycliffeCollege Boarders here for half-term are absolutely loving this. And the weather has (thankfully) held so that everyone can sit outside to eat.
