I did the math. Starbucks has 349,000 employees. If you divide the CEO’s salary among all employees, you could pay them each $42 extra. Not $42/hour. That’s $42 extra total per year.
But math doesn’t matter when you’re a socialist.
You know what, if Starbucks can find the money to pay their CEO nearly $15 MILLION in compensation, I think that MAAAAAYBE they can afford to pay their workers a decent wage with decent benefits! Not a radical idea!
