In an interesting judgement all employers should be aware of, an Employment Tribunal found an employer committed sex related harassment when it failed to provide suitable facilities in the workplace for an employee to express milk . Full judgement here:

From 17th March 2022, employers can no longer claim back #StatutorySickPay for #COVID19 self-isolation or absences. All claims relating to the Rebate Scheme must be submitted by 24th March 2022.

New #proposals are to be considered for a law which requires employers to pass all #tips without deductions on to #workers in a fair manner. It is proposed that workers would also have the right to request information from any tip records. #employmentlaw.

An Employment Tribunal has found that a #careworker who refused the #COVID19 #vaccination was fairly #dismissed from her employment. Although her fears were genuine, it was held that she had no reasonable excuse but the requirement to be vaccinated was reasonable.
