Every single time the Conservatives come to power they increase the size of NHS waiting lists. Please don't let them blame it on Covid or anything else; they were doing exactly the same thing in the 90s. Please RT if you think everyone should be clear on this.

Now #Halloween is over, what should you do with your #pumpkins? - Compost at home - Use food waste collection, if you have one: https://t.co/TJkyjx2Wwz Remove any candles or wax & please don't leave out for wildlife as pumpkins can make some creatures, such as hedgehogs, ill.

This story needs your attention. In July, Carlos Tatay suffered life-changing injuries when he crashed at Portimao. Disgracefully, he’s now worrying about how to pay medical bills, because of infighting and incompetence in the sport’s governing bodies

Three months on from a life-changing crash, Carlos Tatay is out of danger but remains in a truly precarious situation, rife with uncertainty and apparent in-fighting. The sometime Moto3 podium...

FUN FACT: Since the 2019 general election, the Conservative Party has received over £1.7m in donations from the fossil fuel industry and climate sceptics.

Hunt seems to be in alternate reality - totally forgotten the public sector pay crisis. He gives huge tax breaks to big business & lets greedy fossil fuel giants off the hook with windfall tax loopholes – yet *still* can't give public sector workers a decent pay rise #Budget2023

Here’s my payslip as a first year doctor in 2005, next to a first year doctor colleague’s in 2023. 18 years later, their take home salary is less than mine was. I lived for free in hospital accommodation and had a fraction of their student loan. #JuniorDoctorsStrike

Favourite new saying picked up from the commentary by @RockyClark_1 "defossilised" - that feeling when thought you'd finished all the hard work, curled into a hole, and then have to bring yourself back round to do go hard once more 😂

Jacob Rees-Mogg today opened new North Sea oil and gas licensing. This isn't about energy bills (it won't affect prices and renewables are 9x cheaper). It's about profits for fossil fuel companies, who (coincidentally) donated £1,500,000+ to the Tories since the last election.

No houses for you peasants, but between 2005 and 2009, Maria claimed £90,000 in parliamentary expenses for mortgage payments and upkeep on a property in Wimbledon that her parents lived in.
Still time to sign my 'Slow It Down' petition calling on the Borough Council to drastically reduce housing targets. Please share with friends & family, and if you haven't already, sign at the link below. Slow It Down: Stop Overdevelopment | Maria Miller ( https://t.co/gTInxZ06kk)

Govt has published their “Brexit Freedoms Bill” today, on what it sees as “benefits of Brexit”. Means scrapped habitat regs, weaker environmental protections, lower food standards, & deregulation, to the rest of us. Hugely concerning & profoundly shameful from @Jacob_Rees_Mogg

The clinic staff spent Friday canceling the appointments of 60-70 patients scheduled for abortions in the coming weeks. “Some patients broke down and could not speak through their sobbing. Some patients were stunned and didn't know what to say. Some patients did not understand.”
The only abortion clinic in West Virginia is no longer performing abortions, as of today. “Roe has never been enough, but in states like West Virginia, it was the only thing protecting abortion access,” executive director Katie Quinonez said. https://t.co/hD3zS9n59S

In councils across the country, Greens are set to gain ✅🚾 seats from Conservatives. We have been more successful at this than Labour in recent elections. #VoteGreen on 5 May for hard work, social justice and the climate, and because it will *really* cheese off Boris Johnson.
