We are so proud to be part of this massive team effort. This represents Agora's first steps beyond the EVM and we couldn't have picked a better community. Thank you @ilblackdragon, @lrettig and @ekuzyakov for your confidence in Agora to make this happen. Can't wait to continue

NEAR House of Stake is officially live on mainnet. You can now lock your NEAR to gain governance over the NEAR Protocol and receive incentives. The longer the lock, the greater the voting power and rewards.

Market research firms are cooked 😳 PyMC Labs + Colgate just published something wild. They got GPT-4o and Gemini to predict purchase intent at 90% reliability compared to actual human surveys. Zero focus groups. No survey panels. Just prompting. The method is called Semantic

Got a response from @digitalocean: I've been denied the ability to upgrade my server tier and pay them more.... beyond confused This is a first for me: turned away to pay a vendor more money, and told that "While this is not the outcome you were looking for" -> I can apply again

why won't @digitalocean just accept my credit card? Now I'm blocked by a sales rep... probably going to just use a different provider who's going to accept my cc on a Sunday I think enterprise PMs likely under appreciate the customer's desire to just self-serve

We've received sophisticated fraudulent invoices as of late, disguised under various amounts and vendor descriptions. WATCH OUT! Cancelled on @tryramp's new Bill Pay, but somehow between Ramp and @mercury, the unauthorized ACH still got released somehow, trying to resolve now..

My new coding workflow: - 95% @meltyinc ( https://t.co/vA5iHBsmkp) + @propelcode to review - 5% do i open up IDE to edit something (usually it's to edit copy or .env file lol) Really loving this

this is probably super basic for many people, but it was probably my first time really trying and paying attention to "macros" and nutrition really intentionally 😂 still long way to go, so many interesting things I didn't even know to look for!

Been trying to cut (but /w high protein) for the first time in my life lessons learned: - Pork sausages 👎 - Chicken 👍 - Beef: 99% or bust - Sauces & oil = bad - Eating out? gg. (Well, I finally understand why salads cost so much now) ^ my best tip: Furikake is underrated!

Loving conductor so far @charliebholtz - probably dumb q, curious why it doesn't inherit the .env file for each branch Realize I need to cp over the .env for each branch to run my local instance (or is that a me/skill issue?)

Feels like the half-life of each IDE is getting shorter and shorter! My evolution of coding tools: - Sublime (5yrs) - VSCode (3yrs) - Cursor (1yr) - Claude Code (3 months) - Just discovered https://t.co/vA5iHBrOuR now. I think I'm going to officially switch over!

The idea of "design founders" is kinda stupid imo. You don't see engineer founders do you? There are only do-whatever-the-fuck-it-takes founders If you wanna be a "design founder", pick a problem where whatever-the-fuck is 90% design. Spoiler: there are no problems like this

interesting learnings about recruiting: - FT recruiting biz is cyclical, but temp recruiting is countercyclical - Going rate for job posting is $100/mo (~$1200/yr) - Glassdoor is not really a great business, mostly carried by Indeed

Adecco - the 5.5B business that bought Vettery (that bought Hired) and General Assembly 8 years ago (tldr; recruiting is SUPER hard to scale, low margins even at scale. Numbers are ~$700K rev per recruiter; you farm out sourcing at a cheap price of 40-50K entry lvl)

Update: have made a dozen intros from this tweet. Some loose takeaways on the market right now: 1. top talent being re-priced as we speak: staff+ TC up 30-50% from 2y ago 2. Design engineers at big premium. Engineers who design even higher. 3. SF in person premium so back

But honestly credits to AppLovin team, they managed to pivot from 50% games revenue in 2021 post ATT change to: - Acquired MoPub for more SDK integrations - Axon2 for the platform play - Now full-fledge Ad biz that competes with GOOG and FB on mobile - Now divesting mobile games
