Seniors are by far the fastest growing age group. So, let's understand them. Lumping everyone "65+" hides available labour supply. 65-74 yr olds are not the same as 85-104 yr olds. Older workers are in today's labour market. They're part of the solution. #HiddenTalent #ageism
