1. We now have a low-code email editor, featuring a Notion-inspired ā/ā command interface for inserting new blocks. The low code editor makes it easy to compose primarily text based emails.

Hard mode (current standard) = reengineer something that's not your core product. Many vertical CRMs, POSs, etc do this. It's a huge lift that takes 6-12 months to get off the ground. But it's not impossible. @MaxGurewitz created a tutorial to help:
