1. We now have a low-code email editor, featuring a Notion-inspired ā€œ/ā€ command interface for inserting new blocks. The low code editor makes it easy to compose primarily text based emails.

Hard mode (current standard) = reengineer something that's not your core product. Many vertical CRMs, POSs, etc do this. It's a huge lift that takes 6-12 months to get off the ground. But it's not impossible. @MaxGurewitz created a tutorial to help:

Efficient, low-latency user segmentation is one of the hardest problems to solve in automated messaging systems. Building this is possibly the biggest hurdle if you want to offer automated messaging to your SaaS customers. But you have a choice between hard mode and easy mode. .
