I never understood the “woe is me” being a founder is so hard and so lonely trope. Get over it and increase shareholder value. Like you literally own a ton of shares, you started the company, make the number go up, you’ll feel better after.

TikTok put me in TikTok jail for accidentally using too many hashtags. Lesson learned. Might take a week to re-warm the account and break the 200 view limiter again. Hooks are everything . YouTube Shorts has ramped to ~1-1.5k views per video but very little referral traffic.

Aggressively Audit your time in 15 min blocks for an entire week. It will be the most productive week you’ve had in a long time.
@andrew__rea It shouldn’t take an hour to audit your time. Keep an excel or outlook calendar open, and once you switch tasks jot down what you did up to the nearest 15 min time block. Your audit shouldn’t interrupt the flow of work or force task switching. If you’re in a flow state, don’t.

Consumer expectations are changing. People want to talk to their apps, be understood, have it adapt, and get a real conversation back. Many consumer experiences and products can be reinvented, few incumbents will navigate the shift successfully, biggest opportunity for startups.
It's wild how quickly LLMs have changed my expectations for all consumer software. Why would I use a mood tracking app if I can't chat with it about the insights we can draw from my data?. Or log meals if there's not an AI coach to give me feedback and suggestions?.

Context switching between vibe coding and vibe marketing is a productivity killer. Block out 4 hrs for deep code and 4 hrs for marketing. You can run code agents in parallel, but aggressive switching in creative work adds massive drag and is counter productive.
