there were games and bars and women and more games and sometimes he would call at 8am after a long nite out saying he had procured some obscure middle school gym for two hours …. and they would come…basketball junkies trying to show up the Old Man.

Met Billy Reynolds maybe 50 year’s ago….after a game. in a bar…he was trying to get the ProJo to hire him…I was trying to get Channel 12 interested…we eventually each got what we wanted…but it took awhile and that’s when the friendship grew….

Looking forward to Game 5 Tuesday…thanks to all the incredible doctors and staff @MassEyeAndEar led by Dr. Dean Eliot, who took such great care of my 👁️. Threw the patch in the trash and the clubs in the trunk….back beside Scal on Tuesday lookin’ to send the Hawks home.
