@quookeruk what a TERRIBLE start to my customer journey with you ! £2500 tap and combi system, faulty within 24hrs of installation, 3 days to get a response to my service request - engineer booked for JANUARY 4th !!!! How is this even anything like ok ??? Waiting to hear from you

@quookeruk I waited a further 30+ minutes and eventually got through. I must say your call management system needs an upgrade, just listening to a constant ring tone is dull to say the least 🤦🏻♂️

@ManCityHelp shame on you MCFC. My 81yrs old Mum - a season ticket holder with no smart phone - has been told she can't print off her ticket for the Derby cos there are concerns about ticket touts. Her only option is to queue at the ticket office for her ticket. It's a joke!
