This is an important topic for all early stage founders to grasp. I’ve personally made nearly every mistake in here, but if you are intentional about this from the beginning, it’s much easier to stay on top of it. Nice.
I was in one of the most incredible founder groups of all time. And there was one universal problem we all ran into at 50 employees, and by 75 employees it was too late. We all naively underinvested in it, until we didn't realize it was too late. The topic: compensation.
