Presumably, "her team" means the personal trainers and physicians she has had all along, as well as her family and Connor and other inner circle members. After all, All Star participation is not a Fever call, it is a Caitlin call.

I know the phrase "day to day" is triggering to some folks but unless there is a strain or some other injury that has shown up on the imaging there is literally no other categorization for it. Would you rather she just said, she has a mild groin thingy and we have no idea when.
