So sorry to hear, Darcy. We’re getting a lot of complaints about @KiaCanada dealerships.
We had the exact experience with @KiaCanada in Ottawa - waited nearly a year for a new Telluride just to be told they oversold the 2022s, we were automatically being upgraded to a 2023 with loads of additional fees + they still couldn’t even confirm when the vehicle would arrive.
