On behalf of the whole caucus, I want to extend condolences to @AsmPilarSchiavo and her family. Taking action after a loss like this is the hallmark of a great public servant, and California’s veterans are lucky to have an advocate like Pilar on their side.
On Monday my dad died of complications related to his Agent Orange exposure while serving in the Vietnam War. This same week the Federal Administration took care and services away from #veterans just like my dad. I’m furious. Here is my full statement on Proposed Cuts to the
