That’s cos Cong govt is “punishing” these constituencies for their “crime” or voting BJP. Also, BJP doesn’t “rule” these constituencies, and MLA don’t have the power to fix roads and civic amenities beyond some basic stuff.
Here is my personal observation that many on social media don't tell. Most of the bad roads are in BJP ruled assemblies, Whitefield, Mahadevapura, ORR, CV Ramannagar, KR Puram, Jayanagar, Banashankari, Electronics City etc. Feel free to add more.

I really hope he reconsiders and deletes this tweet. This is absolutely pathetic. Of all the people, I never expected him to be anti vax to *this* extent. Within hours, this will be picked up by the usual suspects and it will be game over.
Parents should take this analysis seriously. I believe there is increasing evidence that we are giving way too many vaccines to very young children. This is spreading in India too and we are seeing a rapid increase in autism in India.
