It goes to show that whether you’re 1 yr, 4 yrs or even 10 yrs into grief, you’re on your own journey and no one should ever tell you how to feel. Grief comes in waves, there’s feelings you’ll experience that you didn’t expect to - but ultimately they would be so proud of you.

As I get older and become more of an adult, I’ve been started to look at life differently, which is why today is harder than most years. It’s my dad’s birthday today and I’m in a stage of grief where I find myself reflecting about the life I had with him. I miss him. Lots.
