One of the big LEGAL and LICENSED sports books will NOT PAY you if you are betting the same bets that your buddies or your followers are betting. They are not even responding to the account holders emails. Just hoping you go away and they can STEAL your $ @beatingthebook

If this part of the bill actually goes in to effect, which it won’t. It would completely incinerate the gaming industry. States and cities that are based around gaming like Las Vegas would crumble to the ground.
