I used to use em-dashes all the time before LLMs came along---they just fit my writing style better. Now I'm trying to avoid using them so that I'm not mistaken for an LLM and I hate it Should I just keep doing what I've always been doing? Anyone else feel the same way?

Did you know that queued listeners cannot implement ShouldBeUnique (only jobs can)? Well I submitted a PR to change that 👇

Nothing gives me more anxiety than trying to remember if enter adds a new line and shift-enter submits or visa versa in a particular application/website Why can't this be standardized??

A developer accidentally deleted a Git branch that contained 3 weeks of work. - It was never pushed to remote. - They ran `git branch -D feature/login`. Is the code gone forever? If not, what specific git command allows you to find the dangling commit hash?

It would be pretty neat to see what the @opencode usage would have cost if not using a subscription, but not sure how feasible that is @thdxr @adamdotdev

One of my mechanical engineering professors had this same exam policy, I brought this to class and she loved it. After that she allowed a double sided sheet during the exams. You're welcome class.

I discovered that computers run faster if you remove all the French language packs which are installed by default. Just run rm -fr /*

@thdxr being aggressively confident, especially when wrong, evokes an emotional response from folks causing them to reply. More replies, more views, more money. I’d say it’s more so related to the X rev program.

Mutable dates are the cause of soo many bugs! we switched everything to CarbonImmutable and removed an entire class of bugs from our project. It also cleaned the need for all of the `copy()`, `toImmutable()`, and `avoidMutation()` calls in the codebase. Here's how to update

Kinda frustrating that @pestphp browser testing doesn't support subdomains. This blocks a lot of real-world cases!
