I’m pretty disappointed in @birks @maisonbirks today - I made a dedicated trip to get something serviced only to be told they won’t do anything because the store is closing - in a month!?

It is so relative. When I lived on Bloor south of College was downtown. To my friends in the burbs, where I am now (Leslieville) is downtown, but to me Bloor-Union and the river to Spadina (mayyybe Bathurst) is downtown.

Happy B-day to me - belated thanks to @BestBuyCanHelp! My gift should have arrived Sun, then Mon but got messed 2x. No thanks to @PurolatorHelp & BB, it arrived this morning, scratched, and I have to do all of the work to fix this (re-order + return the damaged one). #FAIL

If anyone’s had a more enraging experience than trying to descale a @NespressoCA machine what was it!? Why can’t this very expensive machine just have a “descale” button somewhere? Also, WHY do you need #SoMuchInformation when I call to get assistance with this!?

The day that I (unexpectedly) met with LG David Onley was one of the most interesting ones in my entire career as a civil servant. He and the other guests in that meeting made a lasting impression and made me think differently. He will be missed.
