@EvanWritesOnX You can accumulate wealth and ownership of property(ies), slowly over time. You can buy in turkey, Malaysia, uae, Indonesia etc, and rent those places out. That rent can contribute to your own rent and it could be a good way to diversify your investment. Ie, you don’t need ribaa.
