I read this book about fifteen years ago but I had a conversation recently that reminded me of it. If you don't know much about Cambodia in the mid-late '70s, it's rough reading but definitely worthwhile. it put a lot into perspective for me.

OCD truly sucks but for me it's the depression and sadness that are a RESULT of it that's really hard to deal with. I continue to work on it though not expecting it all to go away but simply for it to become less burdensome.
