im not but i am trying to cut back my dairy, gluten, and sugar intake! pro tip btw when shopping for food its better to buy stuff with no added sugars than it is to buy zero sugar like 95% of the time, id elaborate but the character limit is limiting

this is actually pretty common in ppl with ednos!! some people will have periods where they just ""give up"" but the disorder is still there! its just that ednos is very much a big amalgamation of every ed at once
