After a lot of grief about changing the old @mnbuckets basketball Twitter account & making it become my personal page w/ 8300 followers, I’ve decided to pull the plug & start over. If you want to stay in touch or continue to put up with my nonsense. I’m now over at @sbruce65

This summer has been the least busy I have ever been with sports, which has actually been really nice.

Watching the Golf Channel crew complain about the USGA. My god, did 45 players shoot 90 today? Where's Johnny Miller to yell at all the players and tell them they just sucked?

I'm sorry this golf course is so hard & challenging for you @PGA professionals. As a viewer and a fan, it good to see you struggle a little bit like the rest of us. #USOpen2018

The IHSAA is covering their State Boys HS golf tournament live online today. Doesn't cost a penny to watch either. Fun to see stuff like this, but know it will never happen in MN.

Always good to learn something new #historyisimportant
OTD in 1944, Joe Nuxhall made his major league debut. What's unusual about that was the fact that Joe was only 15 years old, the youngest to ever appear in a big league game. He pitched 2/3 of an inning, walked 5, game up 2 hits and gave up 5 runs. @Reds

A youth sports coach may end up coaching one kid who goes on to become a pro- and that's great. But it's likely that coach’s biggest life influence will be on all those who don’t…

Me too, I was able to go right down the line and name every one there. Beat the Bullets that year 4-0.

Overall the 2018 NBA playoffs were some of the worst I've seen. Entertainment level was medium low. The Jazz run until Rubio got hurt was the best part for me.
