One of my hopes for the ā1500 changesā was that it was a shit ton of damage/combo scaling adjustments to characters ācombo fillersā so that damage was lower Idk if max hp increase will have the same effect but weāll have to see what else comes with these changes
This battle balance review in v2.00.02 will be implemented following three policies: (1) Increase Maximum Health to Allow for More Exchanges in Neutral (2) Gradual Adjustments to Overly High-Reward Moves (3) Rebalancing the Offensive and Defensive Aspects of the Heat System
