What
My dad is always impressed with what the CNC machine can do but then he casually makes 8 of these 35" long shafts from 304 stainless steel. 2 7/8" diameter with a medium diamond cut knurl. It's accurate to 0.001" any way I measure it. All on a 1940's Reed-Prentice lathe. Amazing.
