Hot take: The best coaches look like “bad coaches” to the average client. Also Bad coaches look like great coaches to the average client. The average clients are looking for results ASAP. Many are frankly just looking for a person to sign off on a complex steroid protocol.

I’d be cool with this if everyone also: - ate 1g/lb bodyweight protein daily - resistance trained 3–5x/week - slept 7–9 hours - hit daily steps - and treated it as an appetite tool, not a nutrition replacement Otherwise you don’t get healthier Americans you just get weaker,

Some bros never figure this out. There’s no steroid cycle or magic peptide that will make you look like Chris Bumstead if your diet is trash. If you want to look like bodybuilder, you have to eat like one. Start weighing and measuring your food and watch what happens.

Today’s leg day was 4 very simple movements: Nursing a lower back injury so I front loaded with mostly isolation movements to not aggravate.. Lying leg curls 4x 10-12 Adductors 4x 12-15 Leg extension 4x 8-10, 12-15 Leg press 4x 10-12 Simple, effective, lower back felt good,
