Laura Kuessberg twice claimed the UK Govt was supplying £10bn to build warships on the Clyde. This is false. The £10bn will come from Norway after it signed a deal with BAE systems. The UK Govt isn't supplying any cash.

I thought it was £18.52 per hour. Not comparable really. All others are paying a company who employs the plumber etc. They themselves don’t get that figure. E.g. some solicitors get about £26/hr but the firm charges over £200/hr!! For their work!!!!

Dr Tanya how many hours in your contract? Do you have bed and board as a live in registrar. Do you get paid extra for night shifts and weekend unsocial hours? Just asking how you arrive at your hourly rate cos nobody computs that figure in your argument.
As a specialist registrar doctor, I’m paid £29/hour after 6 years of med school, a master’s, expensive exams & 6 years on the frontline. We’re asking for me & my colleagues at the same level to be paid £7 more an hour to £36 to restore our pay. We intubate, operate, lead resus

It’s still only your foundation year. You’re in an apprenticeship for goodness sake. Many of your hours you use to calculate your hourly rate are on call only, not be used. Extra paid hours for night shift. Extra paid hours for weekends. After that your pay soars way about DAs.
Doctors' assistants are earning almost 47% more than a fully qualified doctor in London. Even with full pay restoration, doctors would still be earning less than their assistants. Paying doctors £22.67/hr would still be a bargain for this country.
