A scammer got into my Qantas FF account. He sent a note to apologise & said he couldnt get a flight with the points either.

My takeaway from @billshortenmp #NDIS review speech at @PressClubAust is a renewed focus on #socialinsurance principles. Social over commercial. Only way forward for managing tensions of coverage, adequacy and sustainability.
