Carrboro is, or at least was, the biggest town in NC without its own library. Very happy to see ground broken for a new one (and skills center, and teen center, etc) today.

This does seem very problematic behaviour for a European publisher in the context of GDPR. Even if it weren’t, at a minimum you should treat your customers and their privacy with respect.
