Classic "success has many fathers, failure is an orphan". (had a boss sit me down in 2008 and deliver this exact line to me. Only then did I realize I'd had a success worth taking credit for, which was a nice subtle bit of praise).
This guy is a liar and a bad liar at that. Total fraud. There was a singular champion of this feature at Apple and that person is @rmondello — who called this guy out in this very thread. (A number of Ricky’s colleagues at Apple are vouching for Ricky here too. Just scroll down.).

We're switching to Gong for call recordings. I just went through every step in their onboarding. They said "Congrats! You've got the essentials down." but they never showed me how to record a call. .

The Cincinnati Police Department doesn't have an answer for criminals who travel via bicycles. What an embarrassing thing to admit. Rented scooters (and to lesser extent Redbikes) are the scourge of every pedestrian. Would love to see them banned, but this is weak.
