TNS has so much potential, but the legacy of federated schools, which each school still clings to, continues to be at odds with where school leadership is steering and acting. Please work to bridge the chasm, which starts with humility and physical listening tours. 🙏

Above all please stop saying this could have been avoided had the union or PTF just done better from the start. Even if you’re right, it’s a bad look. The school relies on PTF, the union is the majority of YOUR school. Pointing the finger goes nowhere but back to YOU.
