"The most powerful rocket ever built" is the one that can launch the most tons of payload to LEO or lunar orbit.
Thanks to this update by @SpaceX, we now know that the claimed payload capacity of Starship v2 is about 35 t to LEO, which is less than @blueorigin’s New Glenn (45 t) or @NASA’s SLS Bk1 (95 t), both of which actually went to orbit successfully at the first try.
