Hi @DoctorKarl, I’ve got a quick question. I have a bulged disk on L4+L5. I’ve managed it now to no pain, but when it gets inflamed and painful, any sort of Alcohol seems to amplify pain? Have asked a few doctors and physio’s and left them pondering as to why! Cheers #askdrkarl
