Lesson learned:.🔒 Be cautious of unsolicited job offers, especially for jobs you never applied to. ⚠️ Never download unknown files during the hiring process. 📧 Always verify company emails and contact the company directly if unsure.

I soon realized it was a malicious link and the email was a scam. Legitimate interviews are conducted using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams not through random apps or suspicious downloads. 🛑

I noticed it was a ZIP file, which is often used by hackers to deliver malware. Thankfully, I DID NOT open the file. 🚫💻 I paused and started investigating the link and sender.
