Absolutely gassed to have run a sub - 4 (3:59:44 lol) at the Steyning Stinger this weekend. Itās a brutal course; 900m elevation + tough terrain (course record is 3:25) and I had a much less than ideal prep. Excited to see what I can do on the road later this yearāš»
