Another week has passed and STILL no update or action being taken. Great to see that @letstalkcentral know how to look after their council tax payers and that @CBC_Highways follow-up on their promises #NOT

@DirectLine @VodafoneUK Live chat isn't working for what I need and I'm not complaining about the wait (it's pretty usual if I'm honest), I'm complaining that AFTER all that time waiting, I just got cut off. The reason I'm trying to contact you is your staff haven't called me back as promised!!!
