As we put a close on #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth - want to remind ppl it’s real, it’s debilitating & it needs to be treated... please get the help u need! It’s a growing issue that I’ve seen 1st hand... 1st step is recognizing problem, 2nd step is embracing treatment! #JustDoIt

Battling mental illnesses in fam has led me, at times, to become a father I never wanted to be... & I have seen the dramatic difference between those who welcome treatment & those who resist it... 4 all those dealing w/ something please be open to getting help, it can get better!
