Fantastic day yesterday at the first Grassroots Female conference #gfcc23 @StGeorgesPark1 >250 female coaches. Highlight was @sallyneed3 ‘s talk on the psychology of the player. It’s 90% of what I do coaching kids!.Here’s to a new season and starting my #UEFAC course in February!
